The focus is on building lean muscle & reduce bodyfat through home workouts. There will be few exercises to keep the heart rate high, but the main focus is to boost metabolism and make weight loss easier. You will get stronger, fit and lean. You don't need gym to get in your best shape.

6-WEEK WORKOUT PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Every workout is different, routine in the enemy. We’re breaking down the exercises into three categories:
- Lower body – 26min
- Upper body – 26min
- Lower Body – 26min
- Core + abs – 26min
- Four times per week
- Every workout is 26min
- Drink alcohol
- Eat foods with added sugar (sweets, candies)
- Eat fast food (ultra processed foods)
