WHO'S IT FOR?
WHAT DOES THE 4 WEEK CHALLENGE INCLUDE?
WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?
The focus is on reducing stress and improving health through home workouts. There will be workouts to get a good sweat on and keep the heart rate high. There will be more focus on cardiovascular health. Getting stronger and fat loss will be a result after 4 weeks. You don't need gym to get started!
No workout experience? No problem at all!
THE RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT STRUCTURE
Every workout is different, routine in the enemy. We’re breaking down the exercises into four categories:
- Full body
- Lower body
- Upper body/ arms
- Core/ abs
- First week: 4 times per week.
- Second week: 4 times per week + 1 extra workout.
- Third week: 4 times per week + 2 extra workouts.
- Fourth week: 5 times per week +1 extra workout for super strong women.
- Drink alcohol
- Eat foods with added sugar (sweets, candies)
- Eat fast food (ultra processed foods)
