Tone N' Burn 2.0 Dumbbell

Tone N ’Burn 2.0 is a 6-week home workout program suitable for both beginners and experienced trainers who want to get stronger, maintain and / or increase muscle mass while lowering fat percentage.


This, like all other Fit With Mona home training programs, is ideal for fast-paced women and stay-at-home moms who don’t have the time to do the workout away from home. Each workout is a maximum of 30 minutes and the goal is to train 4 times a week.


This program is for you if you have already completed the Tone N ’Burn 1.0 training program.

This program is also suitable for an experienced trainer who has been away from training for some time.

Workout program

  • The program is 6 weeks long
  • You will have access to the training program for 60 days
  • There are 4 workouts each week; we recommend exercising on Mon, Tue, Thur and Friday.
  • Each workout is a maximum of 26 minutes
  • The training can be accessed on the website,
  • through MY WORKOUTS page, please log in with your account.
  • All workouts are ‘follow’ along style exercises, it will feel like you’re training with Mona in real life.


  • You will have access to your training plan for 60 days.

  • For the Tone N ’Burn 2.0 training program, you would need 1 pair of dumbbells. Minimum 2kg for beginners and minimum 3kg for advanced trainers.
