STRONGER is an 8-week advanced training program. The focus is on increasing or maintaining muscle mass and gaining strength while reducing fat percentage.


This, like all other Fit With Mona home training programs, is ideal for fast-paced women and stay-at-home moms who don’t have the time to do the workout away from home. Each workout is a maximum of 30 minutes and the goal is to train 4 times a week.


The STRONGER program is suitable for experienced trainers who want to change the existing training experience.STRONGER training program is also for you if you have completed all the previous Fit With Mona home training programs and wish to level up!

Workout program

  • The program is 8 weeks long
  • You will have access to the training program for 80 days
  • There are 4 workouts each week; we recommend exercising on Mon, Tue, Thur and Friday.
  • Each workout is a maximum of 26 minutes
  • The training can be accessed on the website,
  • through MY WORKOUTS page, please log in with your account.
  • All workouts are ‘follow’ along style exercises, it will feel like you’re training with Mona in real life.


  • You will have access to your training plan for 80 days.

  • ‘’Combine yourself ” style diet plans 1500-2000 kcal

  • At least 1 pair of dumbbells would be needed to complete the STRONGER training program. It would be perfect to have heavier weights for the lower body (minimum 10kg) and lighter ones for the upper body (minimum 3kg).
